1. Scope and responsible entity

Zeno Ventures Pvt. Ltd. operates IndiaTicker and is responsible for the personal data described here. This policy applies to the public website, accounts, research-request forms, organization workspaces and related service emails.

2. Personal data we process

• Account data: name, email address, email-verification state, password credential in protected form, social sign-in identifiers if used, role, organization membership and account status.
• Session and security data: session identifiers, IP address, browser or device information, sign-in events, abuse-prevention signals and administrative audit records.
• Research activity: company context, research requests, contact details you choose to provide, saved items, assignments and resolution notes.
• Communications: support, correction, rights-holder and grievance correspondence.

3. Why we use personal data

We process personal data to create and secure accounts, provide requested features, route research requests, send verification and service emails, prevent abuse, maintain an audit trail, respond to users, comply with law and improve coverage. We do not sell personal data or use it for third-party behavioural advertising.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

IndiaTicker uses necessary session and security cookies for sign-in and account protection. Cloudflare Turnstile processes security signals when you submit protected forms. We do not currently use advertising cookies. See the Cookie Notice for more detail.

5. Service providers and disclosures

Cloudflare supports network security, bot protection and transactional email. If you choose Google sign-in, Google supplies the profile information required to create or connect your account. Hosting, database, email, security and professional-service providers may process limited data on our instructions. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect legal rights or in connection with a genuine corporate transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

6. International processing

Some providers may process data in countries other than India. Where applicable, we use contractual and technical safeguards and consider restrictions imposed by Indian law.

7. Retention

Account and organization data is generally retained while the account or service relationship remains active. Research requests are retained while needed to fulfil, evidence and improve the requested work. Security, transaction and audit records may be kept for a limited period required to prevent abuse, resolve disputes and comply with law. We delete or de-identify personal data when it is no longer reasonably required.

8. Your choices and requests

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of personal data associated with your account, withdraw consent where processing depends on consent, or raise a grievance. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where law or a legitimate security need requires it. Write to [email protected].

9. Security

We use verified email, protected password handling, restricted sessions, rate limits, access controls and operational monitoring. No system is perfectly secure. Please report suspected misuse or a privacy incident promptly to the contact below.

10. Children

IndiaTicker accounts are intended for people aged 18 or older. Please do not create an account or submit personal data if you are under 18.

11. Changes and grievances

We may update this policy to reflect product or legal changes. Material changes will be shown here or communicated through the service. Privacy, security and grievance requests may be sent to the contact below.
